The data controller is the operator of CINATRE™, Iuliia Mostova, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: cinatre.streaming@gmail.com

Account information: name, email address and password (stored securely) when you register, plus the details needed to run your account.

Usage and viewing information: videos you watch, watch progress, watchlist, ratings and search queries, used to provide and personalise the Service and to compute creator earnings.

Creator information: profile details, submissions, earnings and payout details you enter in Creator Studio.

Payment information: handled by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your full card number; only limited references needed to manage your subscription or purchases.

Technical information: device, browser and IP address collected automatically when you use the Service.

Audience analytics: analytics cookies are only set if you accept them (see section 9). Creators see totals for their own titles, such as views and viewing countries, but never who watched.

We do not use your personal data, viewing history or any content on Cinatre to train artificial intelligence models. We may use automated tools to flag uploads for review, for example for violence or nudity. Final decisions about content are always made by a person. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Service providers who process data for us under contract: Stripe (payments), PayPal and our bank (creator payouts), Mux (video hosting and streaming), Base44 (app hosting, database and analytics) and Google (email and Google Analytics).

The public and creators: creator profiles, credits and published content are visible to everyone. When you tip a creator, they see your display name, the amount and your message.

MriiaFilms: Cinatre and MriiaFilms are run by the same operator. Creator profiles may link to MriiaFilms production pages, and we may tell creators about MriiaFilms services. You can opt out of these messages at any time.

Authorities: tax authorities, courts or police, when the law requires it.

A buyer of our business, if Cinatre is sold or merged, under the same protections.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. We use them only where the transfer is protected, through the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account and viewing data: while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months of closure.

Payment, payout and tax records: for the periods Spanish tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 6 years.

Reports and moderation decisions: as long as needed to handle appeals and legal claims.

Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email cinatre.streaming@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.

Cinatre is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 and will delete it if we find we have.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and play video. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Base44 analytics) are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

We protect data with encryption in transit, encrypted password storage and restricted access for our team.

We will tell you about material changes to this policy by email or in the Service before they apply.
